Caburide provides a platform connecting passengers with drivers, tour operators with travelers, and restaurants with customers. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments and Fees
By using our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of booking. Caburide reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as outlined in each service category.
5. Driver and Operator Responsibilities
Drivers and business operators using Caburide's platform agree to maintain valid licenses, insurance, and comply with all local regulations. Caburide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Caburide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
